I consider myself an eco-feminist artist and a visionary who weaves together art, ritual, and activism. My artistic practice spans three decades, unfolding through paintings, performances, books, and collaborative projects rooted in healing and collective transformation.
Originally from Miami, where I attended Design & Architecture Senior High, I then went on to study a double major in Fine Arts and Women´s Studies at Tulane University in New Orleans—a city that deeply shaped my work. During my 13 years there, I created over 200 original paintings, while at the same time working as a scenic artist and set designer in theater and film, training in Yoga and Shotokan Karate, obtaining my black belt and going on to becoming a Yoga teacher. In 2010, I was featured in two documentaries about artists in Post-Katrina New Orleans.

My path has been nonlinear and deeply lived. After moving to Spain in 2011, I’ve served as creative director and events coordinator for independent festivals, publishing houses and cultural movements. These roles allowed me to explore the intersections of visual storytelling, social ecology, and holistic education.
I have been interviewed by BBC News and The Wall Street Journal and my work has appeared in the Taos News, LiveGreenNow, S/HE: An International Journal of Goddess Studies and has been honored with cultural grants in New Orleans and art prizes in Spain. All the while being a teacher for others and coaching dozens of people toward their own clarity through intuitive sessions grounded in years of deep spiritual practice.
This is not just art for me—as Carol Hanisch once said: The personal is political.
My visual art explores two main themes:
- Mythical Surrealism, which basically involves me working out the complex spiritual questions about the embodiment of consciousness in human form which are hard to put into words.
- Eco-feminism, which is how I express my concern for the global environmental crisis and how humans respond (or don’t) to its dangers.
Sometimes these two themes weave together into surreal, layered narratives. I don’t usually work in closed series, or exhibit in commercial galleries—my practice is intuitive, spiritual, and defiantly outside the market’s rules.
What you’ll find here is a curated selection of works that reflect those two ongoing explorations and not a complete catalog. For a complete catalog of works, email me and I will send you a pdf.
